Brilliant! This is the 2nd time I’ve use Roebuck and both times they’ve done a fantastic job. We’d had no electricity in half the house (fridge/freezer, washing machine.. all had no power). I called Roebuck in the morning and by lunchtime, Elliot & Alfie had already arrived. They were under the stairs at the fuse box straight away, diagnosing the problem. They moved through the affected parts of the house methodically tracking down the cause of the issue.
They replaced the faulty power socket, got the power back on, tidied up after themselves and were done. My partner was really pleased when she got back from work to know that it was all fixed.

Fantastic team @Roebuck. Quick and efficient for booking, great team who came out and fixed our electrical problem (polite, tidy and considerate). Great aftercare. Would 100% recently recommend!
The communications from the beginning were very clear and precise with no hidden surprises.
The staff who fitted the boiler were very professional and were excellent with our dog, who can be a little protective sometimes. Even she sat and had lunch with the fitting team.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to renew their boiler.
